KGW Northwest Newschannel 8 broadcast live from the 2007 Discovery Walk Festival. Vancouver Mayor Royce Pollard did the "Tour de Hilton" on his bike, and Drew Carney interviewed children ready for the Childrens Culture Parade, and Drew Carney having his usual fun.

Discovery Walk Wins Outstanding Event Award

The Vancouver International Discovery Walk Festival won the "Outstanding Event" award at the inaugural Clark County Tourism Awards, Feb. 25, 2007. The awards were presented by the Clark County Commission.
